MICROSPECIMENS

Histological specimens are small sections of human tissues (or customer-detailed animal tissues upon requests). During their processing each specimen is positioned as a very thin layer on the surface of the special polished glass plate and dyed by specific chemicals to highlight the structural and biochemical features of cells and intercellular space. After dying all micro-layers of tissues have been covered by very thin plates of glass to protect them and to enable the use of liquid light conductive media (transmitting oils for immersion light microscopy in the visible wavelength spectrum). Custom ordered specimens for UV-spectrum observations, fluorescent methods, (luminescent microscopy) are available upon customer specifications. All of listed slides are designed for studies with the use of regular light microscopy.

In order to receive our catalogue and photos of the specimens, please send us your order, indicating your name and occupation.
